Shipping Policy

Please note that shipping times may be slower due to the pressure on the Royal Mail caused by COVID-19. Most deliveries are running on time, but please give a few more days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us. Take care & stay safe!
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only using Royal Mail services.
Delivery takes 2-3 working days from dispatch. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of your purchase. In total, please expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase of your first box.
If you have a subscription, we will ship your next month’s box between the 5th & the 10th of every month. From then, please allow 2-3 working days to receive the parcel.
You will receive an email of confirmation once we dispatch your parcel.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase – we hope you are happy with it! We select our products very carefully and we display them on our website to ensure you are aware of the bundle you are purchasing. Therefore, we don’t accept returns once the purchase has been completed.

Exceptions: Damaged Products

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below, and we will replace the item(s) for free. We will require a photo of the product as proof.
